level 4 members are considered as trials. Sense and the purpose of a trialmembership is, that the new recruit gets to know the clan. This is also counts for ex-members. GIX under the direction of Recall is not to be compared to the old versions.
As soon as the trialphase is over, a promotion can be spoken to a full clan member (level 5).
During the few last weeks I have noted, that promotions are given very fast and with it, recently recruited reach high levels in just some days. The reason in the most cases were, that he is active and friendly.
In the case "Niko" it took 23 days, in the case "mustang" the promotion was unacceptable on account of his behaviour.
As an other example I would like to call "Amigo". He was recruited on the 22nd of October, 7 days later he was a level 5. Six days later level 6. Only 12 days later there was a promotion from level 6 to level 8.
(Amigo, this is not directed at you - you make a good job)
There were more cases which became level 6/7 within a couple days.
Mostly it takes 20 - 25 days, until somebody receives a status where he has the possibility, to !ban and !kick. I dont think you can trust someone enough in only 20 days, to give him rights like the !ban-command.
From now on, all promotions are put out for the time being.
If a promotion is necessary compelling, enough reasons must be presented to me. I will decide then.
