Hey Recy, you are my detective.
I have a Gibson SG, but I just want a jamming guitar that's of alright quality. My dream guitar for this is the MX-220/250 which they don't make no more, it was extremely popular cause of Hetfield but got sued by Gibson. After ages searching and emailing i found an MX-220 but it cost 10000$, and the Gibson equivalent of the Explorer was 2500$. The current model is 1500$ but I can't afford that now. But I found this site that sell them dirt cheap, they are replicas (more or less fake) but after alot of searching and messaging i found out that some say it is a scam, but some have gotten guitars and have gotten impressed by the quality apart from the pick-ups which you could easily replace. So in other words a nice guitar after you changed pick-ups (the cheap ones also saved money that's why it is so cheap).
But numerous factors has lead me to believe it can be real and fake, and I have contacted them many times via email and they reply them. It is it Japan apparntly, and they are a custom guitar shop. I kinda think they make the famous guitars in that shop and sell them on the side (on the site) to make some extra money.
Please Recy go and investigate as after thinking bout it a long time i just want that damn guitar, and I will probably order today. SO HURRY RECY STOP ME IF YOU FIND SOMETHING WRONG :O (Btw it seems to be PayPal so i can get a refund, I read someone who did that after they spent to long manufacturing one they didnt have in stock) but idk if i can get scammed there too.

I have no clue about guitars. But i would not "import" anything from foreign countries. Look for an local reseller and give them guitars a try. If you have no resellers in your location its your decision and your risk...
