Dear Supremes

I would like to speak about some serious topics: I had a chat with Huxley, Niko, Durial and Anttica. We talked about the supremes of the Clan and it's future. We don't have the feeling that our demands are taken serious:
We don't get any feed-back on our suggestions. There are so many pending problems that noone takes care of:

- Hux told me that there is an issue about the spawn times on Blue
- there is the never-ending story of the new maps for Red. Pedo said that he sent the maplist out on December 1st (in a post that somehow disappeared...). 24 days later we still have no reply on that.
- Red is out since September and hardly got any updates for months (take a look at the !maplist command which shows maps which have been replaced months ago)
- Niko took really big efforts and came up with suggestions for a new level system, new commands, a Christmas skin and didn't get any response on that.
- Pedo has become Owner of Red months ago and still has no rights to change maps.

We know that you Supremes have a lot to do. But we don't have any note of absence and it doesn't take much time to answer on a topic quickly. We have no sign of life of you. If there are problems, please at least inform us that you need some more time to fix it or whatever. Or if you are overstrained or can't fulfill your tasks, please get another Person in Charge (and provide him with the needed rights...) who is able to do the pending stuff.
Please, give us a sign that you care about us!
It's not only about attracting new members, it's only about keeping the recent members happy. Niko said that he will leave the clan if we don't get a reply within a week from now on. Hux questions himself why he is still active and to be honest, I ask myself too. We, as normal members, REC, C/LDRs, LDRs should represent [=G!X=] as a strong and vivid Clan. But how should we do that if we don't feel taken serious and if we have the impression that our opinion doesn't matter?

Now I hope that you understand what affects us and what our demands are. So, please give us the feeling that you care of us and that you take us serious.

Just an addition to the post above...I really do had the idea for some Christmas skins...like Jingle hats and ammo/med packs decorated into presents etc. Unfortunately I didn't propose this officially for a couple of reasons:
1. Nobody does anything around here to update the clan servers and make the game experience better. And by nobody, I don't mean any of the members, neither Pedo... I mean the owners.
2. None of the suggestions made by anyone have ever been regarded and taken seriously.
3. The rights which are ONLY located in the hands of not more than 3 people who actually don't give a sh*t about the clan at the moment.

Honig just described my feelings in words. I know that some of us are really really busy with RL businesess, but writing a small message/reaction/opinion talk or Feed-back shouldn't be that hard in a long period.
We just reached <100 rank with both servers a while ago. Updates and solutions for problems have to keep coming. The major drop in server rank is for a big part caused by the lack of updates. An example is that it still takes 1 hs + 1 body shot to kill a cvops with a sniper rifle. When I think back of the great days in Green, the settings were excellent. Almost no update for Red since the opening, a couple of months ago.
It was the Green server were the current core of members united and took Red to a new level together with Supremes, owners, admins and members.
I'm convinced that we can bring back at least Red to <120 with proper updates/maps. A burning heart for the server and community will follow, if the place where we meet and interact with eachother if properly set up.

You can bring the Blue and Red servers up past 100 again without any updates. We proved that with Blue. We added Starwars mod recently and activity stayed the same if not, went down. Everyone went inactive due to Christmas season and our ranks dropped. It happens. Since Christmas is now over, I honestly do believe you will see an increase in activity. Patience my friends

hhhmmm......not sure if I am included in this or not, but since my name is Red I will reply...

I won't speak for the Red server at this moment because I don't have full permissions on that server, but please don't tell me I don't help take care of Blue! (new cmds, new maps, new menu and new soundpak) As for the spawn times, I have been testing those but it isn't a quick fix like adding a map or changing a CVAR setting for the config.

As far as not giving a sh*t about the clan at this moment....Whatever! I am on holiday like you all and preparing to leave for kuwait and I have been active on both servers lately. More than most and not just sitting in spec. I take offense in this comment.

We listen to all requests (notice I said requests and not DEMANDS). If you have an opinion that is fantastic but you need to realize that is exactly what that is.....an opinion. That doesn't mean it will be implemented on any server. For server specific ideas, changes, etc....those need to be handled by your owners because they are they ones contributing with money and not just activity or ideas. They have the final say unless it affects the clan as a whole then it goes to the Supremes. Btw Niko...Pedo is an Owner.

As far as the server rank - has nothing to do with mods, configs, etc.... it has to do with the activity bottoming out due to holidays, exams, school and personal issues.

So I need to ask Hux if that is why he has only played a little over just 1 hour in the past 2 weeks is because of the spawn times on some of the maps??

I understand frustration and I will do my best to support where and how I can. I apologize for my shortcomings for you guys and the clan.

From here forward, suggestions, ideas and any server changes need to be addressed with your respective owners. If they have issues they can come to me as the General of the Owners and then I can go to Recall and/or Mohawk if necessary. If the Owners don't feel they can reach me or talk to me then they can go to the Supremes directly, however I am the first line of communication for them.

Shoot....we both know that you are not the problem...neither is Pedo. Don't take offence here because it isn't about you...it is about Recal.

Thank you for your reply. Our issues didn't include you. We don't feel let down by you. You are doing a great job: You made good updates for Blue and are active both in the game and in the forum. It seems that you can't do anything about it either: Either this is not on your task list or you don't have the needed rights. This is okay, but then, someone else has to be in charge of that. You offered your help concerning the maps on Red which shows that you DO care and want to help.

I don't know if you only feel offended by Niko's post or also by mine. I didn't mean to insult anyone. (You may have noticed that most of my sentences contain words like "we feel that" or "we have the feeling that". I am just stating our point of view since we don't know anything recent from Mohawk or Recall.)

As most of us, the people approaching you, are from Red, we don't have that much experience with Blue. Since I don't know how big the issue on Blue is, I wrote "Hux told me"

You are right: I chose the wrong word and should have taken "requests" instead of "demands". (This is mainly because English isn't my native language. Of course most of our ideas are requests or suggestions; opinions, as you said. But I think that if we take the time and reflect how to make the server better, then we deserve at least a reaction on this. Something that shows us that our contributions are appreciated. If you reject the idea, that's fine. But please at least inform us about it, say what you think about our idea, say whether or not you will further follow it.

Nevertheless I think we have one thing that can be called a demand: the maps for Red. There has been a poll about the maps that passed with 83%! This is a wish that a big majority of players agrees with. I think we at least deserve a reaction to this.

I understand that the activity of most of the people, myself included, will decrease on Christmas. Any no worries, we understand that you have a Real Life too (which is without any doubt more important) But we didn't come up with these ideas hours ago. We have been waiting for weeks or even more, without knowing why it takes so long and whether or not the idea will be further followed. But if you aren't able to do anything, then please at least leve a note of absence.

I'm sorry for the misunderstandings and hope that you understand our point of view and that we will experience some changes in the future.

@Honig - I hear you sir and I understand. btw, I was offended only by Niko "don't give a sh*t" remark. All other statements could be justified. (don't worry about the English barrier. )

One thing I would like to explain a little further......ALL members are allowed to provide input, opinions and requests but these need to go to the Server Owners first if it concerns a server setting. Then those requests can be handled as needed (voted on, executed, etc...). If the server Owner has issue then they talk to Me. If it cannot be resolved then I will go to Mohawk or Recall. My point is, this original posts should have been sent to the server owner and then forwarded as needed. I understand you wanted to express your concerns and aggravation especially since your Owner is AFK right now like the rest of the clan but that is one reason for a rank structure. I should be getting messages like crazy from Pedo......

Please stand by as I know our boys have been traveling a lot lately and very busy. I'm not making excuses but just telling you what I know. I am sure they will provide some explanation and guidance for the Clan as they always have. They DO care about this clan, I can promise you that and I am sure a resolution can be met.

Please try to exercise a little more patience and understanding while we resolve any missed server requests. I will see what I can do guys.

Okay, thank you for the clarificationn :)Could you please make sure that Recall and Mohawk get to see this topic too? I would like them to know that we appreciate feed-back on our wishes/suggestions.

So... since Pedo will be offline for another 3 months (see the Red Inactivity topic), I am approaching you directly eventhough I know that it's not your field of work. Could you please remind Recall and Mohawk that we are still waiting (and waiting and waiting) for the maps? I know that everybody is gone for Christmas/New year, but we came up with the idea more than a month ago and we are waiting now for more than 3 weeks...

Due to several business-trips, I could not keep, what I had set myself on my To-Do list. Usually I regulary talk to Recall about recent activities and matters in the clan, but had to be canceled in recent weeks. I know this caused alot of troubles and there should be a greater transparency.

Although Recall and me dont post anything, this doesnt mean, that we dont see the one or other topic. Usually I always read discussions and follow their development. The next step should be, that Owners or General contacts the Supremes with specific wishes or matters.

Still, in the last weeks this wasnt really possible. I try to visit the forum via phone, to at least be up to date, about very important threads.

I will talk to Recall, when he gets back from holidays. In addition I will publish a first look on the new [=G!X=]Rules, on which I worked in the last weeks.
