Reminder to Recruiters:
Remember to have all new recruits hop on the forums and make a post introducing themselves. This is an important step in the recruitment process. When I was recruiter, I always made them make the introduction post before setting level. We need to keep them active in both server AND forums. Forum activity is equally important as server activity. They come hand in hand. If we host tournaments and color parties and members are not registered nor active on the server, he or she may not keep updated and know about such activities. If you notice any past recruits without forum account, please contact them on the server. Contacting them through email is impossible if they are not registered. This is very important. Members leave without notice and it hurts our roster and makes things unorganized. I want to keep the Roster updated and organized. Anyone who hasn't reported to the server or forums in over 4 months without reasonable notice should be removed from clan. Thanks for reading.

good, now tell me what i need to do to move up to a higher level in the clan! i'm by far one of the most active members on g!x blue server and i get along with everyone. I'm asking this because i'm ready to take on more responsibility and help the clan grow and become more popular, while keeping a good reputation. I would love to be able to recruit people. I have a LOT of friends who play et, as anyone who plays with me on g!x blue can tell you. I believe if i were made a recruiter i could find some new, active players. thanks so much man! i will make you proud. in the last few days since this promotion i've made SURE to log way more time on g!x blue server and to check forums more. i also have gotten a few xfire and mIRC people to play there with me :> thanks for the extra responsibility, i am ready to step up. I <3 this clan and want to be more involved. if there is EVER anyyyy comments/concerns or whatever about me feel free to bring them right to me and i will do whatever i need to do to best serve the clan. Thats not just for Blue people, if any green members have any comments or complaints about me or my actions please dont hesitate to let me know! i will do whatever is needed to help this clan grow and run smoothly
