Here is a list I found of VSAYs you should be able to use. The config file sample I posted actually uses what they call double binds (a voice and specified text).

So if you just wanted to hear the voice you can do something like this.

bind F1 AllClear // this would say "All Clear" when you press F1

OR

If you wanted to hear the voice and put your own custom text you could do something like this.

bind F1 "AllClear Time to Go!!" // this would say All Clear but display Time to Go!! in the chat bar at the bottom of the screen.
